Codes of Practice
Bay FM adheres to the ANRA Codes of Practice, which is registered with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
These Codes deal with, amongst other things, taste and decency, accuracy and fairness, advertising, and a formal complaints handling process.

About ANRA
ANRA (The Australian Narrowcast Radio Association) was formed in 2004 to serve the interests of all radio narrowcasters.
Members provide a diverse range of services, including racing, religion, country music, dance music, heritage music, specific era music, tourist and other information, community service, jazz and even relaxation techniques!

The association is administered by a General Manager, Des Foster.
ANRA activities include government relations, technical and licensing issues, copyright, codes of practice, advertising sales promotion and audience measurement.
